It was my first hot stones massage at Star Beauty salon Manchester and I was very pleased with all the treatments and care taken by Shazma. She is a lovely person and you were made welcome from the moment you walked in. I recommend the service and the salon. I will definitely go there in the future

Salon was closed when I arrived at appointment time so myself and other customers left waiting in the rain for 15 mins. My therapist was 25 mins late in total so pedicure was rushed and some elements missed. Was meant to be a 1hr 10 min treatment but done in 45 mins as I had to be somewhere else. Pedicure was nicely done in the end but overall experience not good or relaxing and customer service was poor. Rather chaotic salon.
