We were not greeted when we arrived, the 1 member of staff was doing a pedicure. We waited 45 mins, we got my daughter’s treatment and then I sat in the chair, the lady having the pedicure said she had to go, but her pedicure wasn’t nearly finished so I was left in the chair whilst the pedicure was attempted to be finished however the staff member continually answered her mobile and spoke in the end we walked out
