worst wax I have ever had. Booked for yesterday, 20 minutes before the appointment they messaged me and said they couldn’t go ahead so rearranged for today. On arrival not the warmest welcome. Waited for 20minutes before they even took me back to the room. No I instructions given just pointed to the bed in a store room basically with wax with hair on on the wall, not clean at all. The wax was terrible, painful, kept going back over the areas taking off skin and then had still left lots of hair
