Unprofessional service-messaged on the phone during treatment
Booked an express gel nail manicure as I was short on time-it took an hour to simply paint nails with no cuticle care etc (was meant to take 20-30mins)
Ants crawling around the floor and on the table
Poor selection of colours (maybe 20 to choose from)
Nails were not smooth and shiny as normal after a gel manicure-the colour was inconsistent-not solid, nail polish got onto my skin and was not properly removed in the salon-I had to remove it myself.
I went home and added a 'gel effect' top coat and it looks much better although still not fully smooth and poor coverage in terms of colour.
The manicurist noticed the poor manicure and blamed my nails-I have never had this problem before and personally would blame the nail polish being poor. I would have complained had it re-done at the time but by then I was running late.
Overall very unsatisfied and would not recommend.

I have been twice to the salon and highly recommend their service. Having the salon open on a Sunday is a real bonus too! The staff are professional and I have been happy with the results.
