Monica was brilliant, she instantly found the problem spots and I felt totally at ease in her hands. She was also very kind about me turning up late, in a flap. The new Light Centre Moorgate is a good venue. The room was fractionally too cool but I appreciate that's a tricky balance to strike in this ridiculous weather.

I had a facial massage and reflexology with Monica and it was amazing. It felt like I had been there for about 3 hours and after a few weeks of stress this is exactly what I needed.

Monica clearly knows her craft and was good at reading into the ailments I had; While I think she helped some underlying issues I had, I didn't feel any improvement or enjoyed the actual treatment like I have with other practitioners. Saying that; the real results are yet to be seen.
