Samanta is a kind and gentle person, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I showed clear photo references both times, yet the result was nothing like what I asked for. The first cut wasn’t a fringe at all — just two heavy, unblended pieces. When I came back to ask for a light adjustment, she cut it extremely short. Now it’s difficult to style and far from what I wanted. I left feeling very upset.
