Did not give me the colour I wanted, not even close, and the bleach ruined my top and they said “we gave you a free blow dry so that should cover it” it did not. I also asked for a permanent colour but they put on semi permanent for some reason. And mind that this was expensive, so imagine spending all that money and not having the result you asked for!
Sam did cut my hair the way I wanted though, I was happy with the shape.
