My husband's haircut technician was Samantha. Looking for a good go-to hair stylist is quite an arduous task and to establish trust in someone is a gradual one. We are likely to return to this salon even for other services. My husband felt understood even when the expectations and interest was shared only briefly with Samantha. This says a lot about the professional on the job, and best part is her efficiency and attention. Thanks Samantha.

Average blow-dry
I was a new client and Minosa wasn't familiar with my hair. She automatically put conditioner on without asking (it's my fault because I didn't tell her that conditioner makes my hair go lank)
She applied mouse, but although I asked her to give me plenty of volume with lots of root lift, she just soft brushed my crown! I asked her to use straighteners with the aim giving my hair volume - but she just waved it. Needless to say, my hair fell flat the next day. Not impressed.

The overall experience was amazing . The location is pretty easy to locate. The ambience and cleanliness is a bit let down. It could have been better 4/5. But Samanta is honestly amazong she made me feel so warm and she was so kind. And she communicated well to understand what kind a haircut I am looking for. My haircut looks stunning and I have already got quiet a few compliments.
