My therapist wasn't Tina, it was a man. I assume Tina is the manager as she was telling the 2 men what to do. I went for a gel manicure and unfortunately they use an electric cuticle cutter (like a mini sander) and I realised later one of mine had been nicked, bled a bit and it was very sore! There were 3 therapists and they were sharing clippers and files with no cleaning in between, which did make me feel a bit uncomfortable. It was a different experience to gels I've had done in the past.
