Wasn't at all impressed with the facial. The towels smelled like they hadn't been washed for weeks. There was no soothing music or any thing in the background.I was left alone in the room for 20 when she applied the face mask.

Great as always. Only thing this time was my treatment starting later due to a walk in. Hopefully next time appointment time will be kept.

Awesome staff. The only thing is that I was expecting more of an extraction treatment than a neck and head massage.
