my only concern that there was only one member of staff which meant she stopped and started as the door kept opening. They were walk in people but none the less felt they should have had another staff member there.

I had the indian head massage and was very nice. Sadia was my therapist and she created a lovely ambience in the treatment room which made me feel relaxed and she used warm oil to massage my head and shoulders, bliss!

Waxing in this place is good. I think due to lighting patches always get missed which is annoying but the beauticians are friendly enough and happy to go over areas again,
however, in June I also got my hair colour done here. The hairdresser is, well, a piece of work. My hair turned out very orangey at the front, and while I dont blame her for that, the way in which she handled "correcting" it was a joke. She is rude, arrogant, and quite frankly a pet animal has better manners. She spoke to me very rudely and even walked out of the room while i was talking which is just plain rude.
I went into this salon weeks before with a photo of what i wanted and ASKED if it was possible and it wouldnt come out orangey. The hairdresser said it would. When i challenged her after parts went orangy, she said " i cant do a miracle in one colour session" No offence but as a hairdresser you shouldnt have lied to me in the first place then.
Overall a waste of money, although I think the hairdresser is probably relatively good at what she does, her attitude lets her and the salon down tremendously. The owner tried to help at the beginning by putting extra toner on my hair (which basically darkened my hair and covered everything completely so it looked like i didnt even have anything done in the first place) but dont feel she actually was that bothered after I told her about what the hairdresser was saying. Needless to say, they've lost my custom for good.

The treatment-body exfoliation was listed as lasting 60mins. However the treatment was rushed and was completed in 30 minutes. I was left in a room and told to relax, mean while my therapist went off to treat another client. If you want a relaxing experience and good value for money, this salon is not for you! I had had many treatments over the year at a range of venues, and this experience rates poorly, as a result i won't be returning!
