I couldn't relax. The treatment room door didn't shut properly and I could hear people in the salon chatting very loudly the whole time.
The therapist left me part way through to go and do another treatment on a walk in client.
The stones were very hot and I was made to feel like it was my fault for not being able to handle the heat even though this was my first hot stone massage.
