She was very keen to get a good finish but the treatments took a very long time. We were interrupted by another therapist who needed something from the room which made me feel uncomfortable.
I was made to feel like it was my fault the treatment was taking so long, as I have strong hairs which aren’t all in the same direction.
In the end I was lucky not to get a parking ticket as my treatments took 45 mins longer than I thought they would and 1 hour longer than advertised.
The salon doesn’t take cards so I had to venture to get cash from a local machine before being charged more than I originally thought I would have to pay.
I think I was just unlucky as the place seemed clean and well run generally.

Had a really good dry cut here the other day. Although the stylist was a bit late, she was really understanding of my needs and knew exactly what would be best for my hair (I'm growing it out).

Good service. She wore gloves and instruments were sterile, which is great.
