Friendly staff member who cut my hair, gave advice too which I liked. The blow dry was a little flat for my liking - but this is almost always an issue when I go to hair dressers.

Beautiful cut that wasn’t in my treatment. But was disappointed with the colour so I did it myself the next day. I was offered to bleach it again next week free of charge but I couldn’t wait. Ella was worth every penny though really great hairdresser
