Sue asked me what I would like done to my hair and I explained... we went over to get m their washed and the customer service was just not there... she was busy talking to other staff members. She left a mask on my head for about 10 minutes (felt like a lifetime) and went to make a coffee...soon after started cutting my hair mid way through her phone rang so she went off and had a conversation with them and left me with half blow dried hair all while another customer was waiting.... sue did do a great job on my hair however I don’t think she should be working in a salon. Sorry guys I won’t be returning.

The overall experience was nice and I like my cut. However I was a bit taken back by the fact that they don’t take card. So I had to go to the petrol station next door, pay an additional 1.99, to get the cash for the hairdresser.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Booked my first appointment with R Style. Ella called 2 hours before my appointment advising that they were running behind and asked if I would mind moving my appointment time. I wasn't pleased but I accepted. I was in desperate need of a hair cut. The staff was polite and welcoming. Ella did amazing job with my restyle. I am beyond pleased with the cut. I am glad I didn't cancel. I would definitely recommend their services. Be aware they only take cash but there is a cash machine next door.
