She understood exactly what I wanted, and gave me a wonderful haircut. She was extremely fast (wash, cut and blow dry were over in just 35 minutes), and I really appreciated that she was gentle with my hair - no aggressive combing, no pulling. Everything was as Covid-proof as possible (disposable towels, disposable aprons, lots of sanitiser and masks). I shudder to think of the environmental impact, but it abided by government recommendation...
