She did not wear a face covering as she said it was too hot. I have areas which wasn’t covered properly with the colour, despite me saying on several occasions that I have a straight finish she gave me a 90s blow dry bob. I felt it was just a really rushed experience as she was busy.
It’s a shame as it’s conveniently close but I won’t be using here again.
