Ella cancelled my appointment twice at short notice. The second cancellation was particularly annoying as I turned up at the salon, only to be asked to come back when she was less busy. A week later, I’m still chasing them for a refund. Don’t bother booking here unless your diary is very flexible. As an aside, nobody in the salon was wearing a face mask, which I found rather alarming.
