Day of my booking, I received an email at 6AM in the morning, telling me that nobody would be available for the color, but I still could come for the other treatment. I went, and they told me they wouldn't be able to do haircut as well, but they could do wash and blow dry. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to waste my money for something I can do at home.
I'm not sure I'll have a refund, from them or Treatwell, even if I asked for it. 62.50 pounds is a lot of money for an Au pair.

I found out that I'd come in on the last day in August, so not all the students turned up. Poor teacher was trying to work on me, plus a couple of other people at once.
She did a brilliant job on my hair colour, though, & made it lovely and uniform. Luckily, some students did also turn up!!
Whenever I've been in touch, I've found their customer manner excellent.
