Day of my booking, I received an email at 6AM in the morning, telling me that nobody would be available for the color, but I still could come for the other treatment. I went, and they told me they wouldn't be able to do haircut as well, but they could do wash and blow dry. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to waste my money for something I can do at home. I'm not sure I'll have a refund, from them or Treatwell, even if I asked for it. 62.50 pounds is a lot of money for an Au pair.
