sorry to leave this review as the lady was very nice but my wax was not good.I had soreness for a week. The wax wasn’t applied or removed with precision & very large areas were covered, requiring several attempts to remove . The room didn’t feel private & I was left exposed with the door ajar while she attended to something else.As I looked down I was shocked to see she was not wearing gloves. When it was over & I felt the area I had to pull clumps of wax off myself & there was still hair left.
