The appointment was rushed and I was left with the severe skin bruising on the inside of my upper arms. The therapist did not keep the skin taught and the wax was not hot enough when applied. At the end she did apologise but told me it was because my arms are sensitive. This has never happened before.
The paper at the bottom of the table was also dirty, I would assume it had not been changed since the previous client.
