Worst haircut my daughter has ever had! We explained how much we wanted to cut off and this was checked before cutting but then the ‘stylist’ continued to cut off a further 2-3 inches leaving me with a very upset 11 year old. To top it off, the cut isn’t even straight so we now need to go elsewhere to get it tidied up. Will not be going back!
