absolutely appalling this morning! I had an appointment at 10am this morning arrived at the salon to find no-one there. I rang and sent a message no reply or apology all day! I then tried to ring back and they had turnt off their phone. very very poor customer service. I am going on holiday and have been looking forward to getting my lashes done and now I can't. Do not book here absolutely disgusting customer service!
