Another fantastic treatment from Aga - she gets right to the cause of any niggles and totally tailors the massage to what’s going on with my body at the time. I always leave feeling taller than when I arrived! Her commitment to continually learning and training is super impressive as well.

I would highly recommend AB Holistics! Aga really knows her stuff and is happy to work on whatever areas are bothering you. It was a lovely relaxing enviroment and I will definitely be going back!

Aga is an excellent and professional massage therapist who was effective and knowledgeable. She walked me through what she was doing, and gave me tips to be in less pain and more flexible in the future. I won’t hesitate to book another session.
