This was an experience like no other. Yes, it was uncomfortable in some areas, but clearly there was so much build up it was much needed.
My therapist was friendly, professional and honest with my requirements and any adjustments needed.

The venue and room are really nice, warm and light. I’ve had a really sore shoulder for four months after a fall off my bike. NHS physio gave me exercises and I’ve had accupuncture but there’s been no improvement. Aga did some great work on it, and on the rest of me as I’ve been aching all over with the pain. After one session, although it wasn’t fixed, I know exactly where it’s coming from and the nerve pain has improved hugely. A great experience and so good to get a proper night’s sleep after
