Firstly my appointment was pushed back by an hour due to the weather (it was raining) on the day and while my hair cut was great, the highlights I had done were striped and uneven around the hairline so it looks awful tied up. I mentioned the hairline at the salon and they did nothing to fix it so I'm having to go somewhere else as I can't leave it the way it is.

I was in desperate need of a fresh, new colour and style and Sergio was amazing! He listened to exactly what I wanted and the result was brilliant. Highly recommend!
