Not at all relaxing...very painful and aggressive with my skin. Left with far worse skin than when I went in, which is a shame because a lady I had previous do the same facial was excellent. This time around I felt cheated for having paid for such a unnecessarily aggressive experience.

Unfortunately my balayage was very badly done however the owners made sure I left happy and re did the whole thing! Thanks again! The wax was brilliant, lovely girl and a quick painfree wax
