Good firm massage which seems to have helped back pain a little, very good value for money. Therapist was lovely, but could have been a little more knowledgeable about the benefits of massage for back pain. Need to invest in a massage table with a hole for your face as mine was a little squashed/uncomfortable which made relaxing difficult. Overall a good experience.
