I booked a blow dry for Ascot and asked for a big French roll down one side and it all backcombed at the back. I came out with damp flat hair with inconsistent beach waves. It's the worst blow dry Iv ever had. I had to go home and redo the whole thing, not ideal right before Ascot!! I was also asked to change my app as they had double booked.

Best Hollywood waxing EVER! Went in on the hottest day and the salon was cool and fresh. I had arrived slightly early so the attentive receptionist sat me down with an iced water until my appointment time. The extremely professional therapist Giota (apologies as may be mis-naming) was friendly and welcoming and put me at ease straight away.The wax was the right side of hot and the therapist was quick and efficient and minimised the discomfort of the treatment and also used tweezers to ensure a soft smooth finish. I highly recommend this therapist and the salon

Hadn't had a CACI facial before so didn't know what to expect. The therapist was lovely, very professional and clearly very skilled at this particular facial which involves using the CACI machine alongside facial skin tightening and contouring techniques. My skin looked much brighter and radiant in the following days and the crease between my eyebrows had gone. Will definitely go back for more. I think best results are probably seen by having this treatment on a continuous basis. Thank you! KS
