Booked for highlights to treat myself after being very ill. But did not feel pampered or treated at all.
It felt more like a male barbers shop and I was made to feel very uncomfortable. After around 10 minutes I already wanted to leave and regretted my booking. I couldn't leave with foils in my hair, but decided it would be worth it in the end.
The highlights took almost 5 hours, which I have never experienced before. My hair is just below the shoulder so it should not take this long, he said it would be 3 hours. My mum had booked trains to visit me and I ended up 2 hours late. That's time I will never get back with my mum. I began to get very agitated and upset. In the end I left with wet hair and did not get my hair cut like I had planned. I was so upset that my treat to myself did not go to plan.
I was charged half price because of the upset caused, but I will definitely not return. I wasn't offered a drink until I'd been there for 3 hours and it was a very hot day. He splashed shampoo in my eyes and bleach almost went into my eye too, he didn't even notice. He barely spoke to me the whole time apart from when I kept asking how much longer it would be.

The hairstylist was extremely nice, and welcoming. He explained the processes, and made sure that my hair looks fine before I leave the saloon. I can't really say anything bad about this place.
