My second Hair cut with this hairdressers. Can't fault their quality. Loverly atmosphere, n o loud music. Plenty of friendly chatter between stylists and clients.

Didn’t feel welcome at all. Katie barely asked me any details about what I’d like done. I offered to show pictures (much to her inconvenience it seemed) and was v unhappy with haircut.
Her and her colleague seemed judgemental of my job. Belittling.
