Had the lash lift and tint and my lashes look incredible! Lovely experience

The lashes were more dramatic looking than I expected and had asked for.
The appointment also took 2hrs and 10 minutes (having said it would only take 1.5hrs) and there was no eyelash comb provided for aftercare which I would have expected.

I had called to ask if I could make my appointment later and was told only by 15 mins as they were fully booked. I arrived a couple of minutes early and then had to wait another 30 mins for the therapist to be free. Not one person apologised for the wait or kept me informed. The therapist cut three of my fingers by filing them with the emery board, I wasn't given a proper manicure as my cuticles weren't removed nor was the hard skin around my nails. I will not be returning.

Great attention to detail - asked exactly what I wanted and kept checking with me. Even got a little massage while the tint developed! Very happy
