The towel on the bed was dirty, I booked through treatwell for an hour long full body massage. Received a half an hour shoulder and back massage. My therapist was lovely but what I paid for and what I received were different. The time I had booked wasn’t actually available and I was asked to come in half an hour later than originally booked which was fine but I expect to receive the service which I paid for. It wasn’t my fault pricing on treatwell was wrong so just be careful what you book!
