Very heavy handed my scalp was in agony afterwards. Literally ripped my hair out with a brush while brushing my wet hair. It was so hard to watch her do this use a wide toothed comb and stop ripping people’s hair out! Charged me extra when I got there because I’m mixed race! Never heard anything so ridiculous.

Nice blow dry and staff, but I didn’t like how I was asked to pay more after already paying through Treatwell just because I have long hair, the length of hair was not mentioned during the booking or the payment. They need to be clear and transparent with their prices.
