The hairdresser was constantly interrupted by the telephone and other things. I was there for nearly two hours in total! I had booked for a Senior Stylist to do the haircut, but she was on holiday so was given a "New Talent" Stylist instead. As I said, she was nice enough, but it all took far too long and when she was thinning out my hair, it was quite painful. Also, all I got in exchange for paying extra for a Senior Stylist was a conditioning treatment that lasted 5 minutes. I don't think I'll be going there again for a haircut.
