I’ve booked a clean manicure (no polish). My nails were buffed with hard grain, leaving nail scratched and damaged.
The water my hands were soaked in was cold, you are sitting on a high bar chair SIDEWAYS because there is a backside of manicurist table, so you can’t put your knees in.
The cuticle cutter had pieces of someone’s skin, doesn’t look like instruments are sterilised.

We went for a child (boys) haircut with Ian. He was really super, put my little one at ease and didn't mind talking about minions 😂 Highly recommend, my boy has curly hair and we would return, really liked the cut and Ian took his time.
