A couple of hitches in the actual service but otherwise a lovely place. The style of earplugs they gave me did not keep the water out of my ears which really detracted from the relaxation. I used as directed on dry ears prior to my shower and they still leaked. I was booked into the cabin but there was an issue with the shower in that room so I was rebooked into a pod. I understand that maintenance issues happen and are out of anyone's control, but it was still quite disappointing.
