My first time at About Balance and I will definitely go back.
Lovely service, very calm and relaxing atmosphere and the floatation experience was fabulous.
It was super relaxing, just what I needed, I will say that as my eyes adjusted to the darkness I did notice some light seeping through but other than that it was perfect.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly, it is a relaxing experience from the moment you step in the door.

A couple of hitches in the actual service but otherwise a lovely place. The style of earplugs they gave me did not keep the water out of my ears which really detracted from the relaxation. I used as directed on dry ears prior to my shower and they still leaked. I was booked into the cabin but there was an issue with the shower in that room so I was rebooked into a pod. I understand that maintenance issues happen and are out of anyone's control, but it was still quite disappointing.
