Recently I went to this hair salon, I described in detail to the hairdresser that I would like a change but wanted my hair no shorter than my collar bone, around 2 /3 inches off. The hairdresser proceeded to tell me that I was washing my hair with store bought "s**t " and that I should buy their products, the end result of my hair cut I am not happy with, though a nice hair style was not what I asked for. I now have a bob resting on my shoulders, having her cut off over 5 inches of my hair instead of what I asked for with events such as weddings and a sports ball coming up with hair I can not tie up and that I do not like on myself.

I did not get the conditioning treatment that I paid for although the haircut itself was good. I also think it would be good if the team offer customers a drink.

Kat was very nice and gave me one of the best haircuts I had in years. I do recommend this place!
