I wanted soft beach waves unfortunately I left with hair that looked terrible like a bouffant county and western signer from the 80,S my hair looked frazzled , she used tongs and back combed the curls then put so much hair spray they stuck
She didn’t listen to what I wanted and I’m now angry that I even paid I should of said at the time but just wanted to get out of f there as was so upset it looked awful
I went home and brushed it had to wash it as so much hair spray

The staff were generally nice but could have been more welcoming. The salon itself was quite nice with a pink theme and I was happy with the haircut.
