Had no consultation before washing my hair felt like a totally inconvenience as she told me my hair was so thick and then when sat down she brushed my long thick hair with a tiny comb to then tell me again how tangled and dry it was I felt so uncomfortable then she asked what shall she do couldn’t speak much English cut it and then didn’t even ask me how I would like it blow dried just rough dried it through with a brush then told me my colour was awful she did not make conversation once with me
