I booked to get a last minute blow dry in my neighborhood as I had an event I wanted to look nice for on Saturday evening. The staff were unbelievably rude to the point of being bitchy. The whole experience was terrible right from the word go, when I arrived and was told that she couldn’t make it look good as it was raining and smirked when I said but we do live in London - it’s always raining here. Perhaps she was in a bad mood and didn’t appreciate a last minute booking, but then decline it.

Great experience, would happily come back! Love the result - asked for layers and needed a trim badly due to split ends. Hair looks so much healthier and the cut and blow dry was gorgeous. Would recommend for sure!
