Betta was brilliant..very friendly and did a great pedicure.its now a week on and my nail polish still looks great and not chipped.will definitely book with her again.

This was my first visit to the Academy and as first impressions go I was very impressed with the staff and delighted with the teatment.

I booked very last minute for a hair cut & blow-dry with a Senior Consultant but by mistake (my own fault!) I had booked it with the Claygate branch. Realising my faux pas, I quickly contacted the lovely receptionist at the Cobham branch who sorted it all out for me so I was able to hop in the car for my visit with John. I had been before for a beauty treatment but not hair so I knew how nice the salon was. Great hairwash and massage with some super smelling shampoo before a chat with John who got out his ipad to go through the style I wanted. He was utterly adorable! Very easy going and showed me throughout how much he was cutting off (I was a tad nervous with a new hairdresser) and what technique he was using and why. Finished off with my hair being straightened for a more modern look which I had never had before but will do again, I felt utterly pampered and very happy with the whole experience on leaving. I have already booked in again, with or without an offer on! Thank you to all the staff.
