I left the salon happy with my hair but that was after some issues. I booked a 1 hour Blow Dry appointment. I asked for volume (back combing type of thing, like I often have) with curls. After just 30 mins I was told we were done - I had barely any volume & some loose curls. I was told my hair was too fine to get any more volume, despite having my hair done regularly like that. Luckily someone else stepped in & helped & I was happy in the end. I also found my hairdresser was unfriendly/unchatty
