Had a haircut by Katie. I asked for chopped layers and made it clear that although I have curly hair, I always straighten it, and would like more layers to the front. She was lovely and my hair looked nice when it was blow dryed with curls. However, after a wash and straightening it after two days, I am disappointed that there is no layers to be seen at all. My hair just look like flat straight cut to the shoulder length. I really don't like saying these for such a lovely person she is. I am going to ring them as suggested by my front to see whether they would do some chopped layers for me :-( will keep you all posted of their response.
