We discussed what I wanted to achieve, how much length to cut etc. At the end I kept saying, it looked too heavy and needed more shape, volume. I left being told I could get the front trimmed if I was unhappy. After being away fr a few days, I tried calling to resolve my concerns.....Twice I left my contact details and concerns. No one has returned my call...disrespectful. Unless I get it resolved, I will not return.
