Julie was very warm and friendly. She also listened to what was required and double checked before she cut any hair off to ensure it wasn’t too much and was how I wanted it. Made a wonderful refreshing change to most hairdressers who just don’t listen or double check. The head massage was also delightful. I will be going back.
