The experience was alright, I feel you receive a better customer service in other chain salons such as Rush or Headmasters. There was no question asked if the water was too hot whilst washing my hair or general conversation, hairdresser pulled my hair quite a lot... missing the general courtesy but the haircut is fine.

Booked very last minute for a wash, cut and blow dry and whilst I left my hair natural, the cut has shaped well and is exactly what I asked for. The salon was relatively quiet and I was early so was seen straight away which was great. Would definitely use again.

They had a half price deal so it was a bargain. Graduate stylist Sophia was really helpful, cut my hair exactly how I wanted and it looked so much healthier after. Lovely hair wash cut and blow dry and looking forward to going back!
