I did explain that i had had an op and couldnt wash my hair - the cost on here is £25 which i paid but that was for 1 hour - my hair wash and blow dry took 20 minutes!

The cut was really good exactly what I wanted but they added an additional charge of £12 because my hair was longer than they expected which I thought was a bit unnecessary. Definitely felt like I was conned out of a good deal.
