This was my 2nd time back to Academy in Weybride, didn't find Sophia very warming, no chit chat, and never asked if I wanted to rebook for 6 weeks.
I got the impression she was annoyed that I booked for short hair , when she said mine was long and thick.
Not experience this before but she only thinned out the back of my hair and left the sides.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Just had Sophia fix the colour in my hair after a bad experience at another salon. She was great and really listened to what I wanted and it came out amazing, so happy! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly and I found the salon to be very clean, modern and professional!
