Easy to book and pay online with a helpful reminder provided by email and text. Hadn't had my hair cut in over a year with a botched fringe that needed correcting. Joe listened to what to my request and discussed with me for clarity and then proceeded to rescue my hair. He was friendly and chatty throughout. I left with a great haircut, which my 6 year old son told me, made me 'look like a rockstar!' can't say better than that really.
