I always have a simple straight cut with no layers, so it’s hard to comment on how good they are at more complex cuts. But I found the experience nice, they left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I would come back.

My appointment started 20 minutes late so from the start it was rushed. The lines aren’t neat and the layers aren’t even. After 2 days I removed the nail polish and redid it myself. As it was rushed 3 of my nails smudged the moment I went to leave. I have since developed a skin infection in one of my nail cuticles from the equipment used. I have raised a complaint with Treatwell. On top of all this they texted and emailed me to say they have rebooked me for this weekend which I didn’t request!
